-Imposing safety with the instincts, physicality and range to make an impact in any Power Four secondary.
-Built for a boundary role, but can play high or low and has also impressed in man coverage as an outside defender on the camp circuit.
-Triggers with conviction from and takes quality angles to the football with his burst, almost always arriving with the intention of making a play.
-Strikers as a tackler and will lower the shoulder pad to deliver a blow. Is also equipped with the grip strength to drag ball carriers down when tasked with patrolling the alley.
-Hogs airspace with his size and has both the timing and coordination to generate takeaways in the deeper third (had 7 interceptions during a 12-game stretch across junior and senior seasons).
-Testing numbers have continued to improve, but can still struggle to cover some vertical routes when isolated.
-Projects as a potential difference-maker for a College Football Playoff contender that should push for playing time right away given his ready-to-play mass and advanced feel.
FOOTBALL
2024: Transferred into The First Academy ahead of junior season. Racked up 80 tackles, 7 PBU, 2 INT, 2 FR and 1 FF across 10 games, per MaxPreps.
2023: Played primarily SAF as a sophomore at West Orange. Totaled 58 tackles, 2 PBU and a FR in 9 games.
2022: Got varsity snaps as a freshman. Credited with 58 tackles and 5 PBU.
