What We Do

Team TOA signifies our collective commitment to making a positive and lasting impact on the lives of young individuals.

The Nico8 Organization is proud and honored to serve as Official Partner of Team TOA to serve the needs of the next generation. We offer programs that will help guide the underprivileged youth of our communities in education, sports fitness, and character development. Our team is dedicated to the equitable success of all our kids. The goal of Nico8 Organization is to teach leadership qualities through the programs we offer. This year we will put together a national traveling team who will compete in tournaments to help elevate the recruiting exposure of our kids. These student athletes will also travel to Universities to meet head coaches and staff who will orient them on the college sports recruitment process.

Education

Our student athletes will have the incredible opportunity to visit renowned universities across the country. During these visits, they will have the privilege of meeting head coaches and staff who possess a wealth of knowledge and experience in the college sports recruitment process. These interactions will serve as valuable orientation sessions, educating our young athletes about the intricacies of the recruitment journey and providing them with crucial insights into what it takes to be successfully recruited by top-tier college sports programs..
